The Food Delivery feature is an easy way for your customers to order food delivery entirely through your app—no outside food delivery service needed and at no extra cost to you!
Before you create your menu, add the Food Delivery feature.
To create your delivery menu:
1. Add menu categories
2. Add menu items
3. Add extras to menu items (optional)
Here's how your customers see your tempting delivery menu:
Once you create your menu, you can edit your categories or items.
To add a menu category:
- Click + Add Category.
- Enter a category name and description.
- Add an image: click (+), browse to the image, click Open, use the drag-n-crop tool to adjust the image and click OK.
- Click Create Category.
To add menu items to the category:
- Click on the category.
- Click + Add Item.
- Add an image: click (+), browse to the image, click Open, use the drag-n-crop tool to adjust the image and click OK.
- Enter the item name and description.
- Enter the price. Note: The subtotal is calculated automatically based on the tax rate you entered in the Payment System tab.
To add an extra for the customer to choose from:
Note: Add an extra to let your customers choose how they want their item served. You can also decide if your customers may choose only one choice or more than one choice. You can offer an extra for free or at an additional cost.

- Click + Add an extra.
- Enter a name for the extra and click + Set choices.
- If customers may select more than one choice, uncheck Customers may select only one choice.
- Enter the name and price for each choice.
Note: You can offer the choice for free by leaving the additional price as 0.00. - Click + Add a choice to add more choices.
- Select a default choice that will appear to customers as preselected. Customers can change this.
- Click Update.
- To add another extra, click + Add an extra.
- To add the item to the category, click Add.
To edit a menu category:
- From the Food Delivery feature in your Swiftic Console, click Edit.
- To edit, hide, or delete a category: click the Settings button and then click Edit, Hide, or Delete.
Note: If you click Hide, the category won't be visible to your customers. You can later click Show from the same menu to make it visible again.
- To rearrange the order of the menu categories: simply drag the category and release it in the desired spot.
To edit a menu item:
- From the Food Delivery feature in your Swiftic Console, click Edit.
- Click the category the menu item belongs to.
- To edit a menu item: click the item you want to edit.
- To clone, hide, or delete an item: click the settings button and then click Clone, Hide, or Delete.
Note: If you click Hide, the item won't be visible to your customers. You can later click Show from the same menu to make it visible again.
- To rearrange the order of the menu items: simply drag the item and release it in the desired spot.
