Forgot Your Password

Note: If you initially created your Swiftic account by signing in with Facebook, then click Sign in with Facebook.

If you created your account using an email address:

  1. Go to My.Como.com.
     
  2. Click Forgot your password?



     
  3. Enter the email address you used to create your Swiftic account.
     
  4. Click Get Password.



    Note: If you receive the following error "Failed to send password reset instructions. Try again.", it could be due to one of the following reasons:

    • You initially created your Swiftic account by signing up using Facebook. To access your account, just click Sign in with Facebook.
    • ​There is no Swiftic account associated with this email address. Try a different email address or contact support.
       
  5. Open the email and click Reset password.


     
  6. Enter your Email address.

  7. Enter a new Password.
     
  8. Click Reset Password.
