To locate your Apple App Store URL:

1. Login to your iTunes account
    
2. Search for your app.
   
3. Click on your app. 
4. Make sure your app is 'Ready for Sale'
   
5. Click the drop-down menu below your app icon.
    
6. Click 'View on App Store'.
   
7. Paste the URL link somewhere to be used later. 

To locate your Google Play URL:

1. Go to Google Play.
    
2. Search for your app.
    
3. Copy your app's URL.
