The submission team were unable to log in to your Apple or Google Play developer account. 

The username or password you provided in the submission form were incorrect. 

Resolution: 

1. Go to your developer account (Apple/ Google Play) and confirm your username and password. 
    
2. Go to your app's Dashboard and click Resubmit for the relevant marketplace.
    
3. Update your credentials.
    
4. Click Submit.
