Every time your app's APK file is installed on a device it is added to the native app user count in your app's Analytics.

APK installations are added to the native app user count even if your app has not yet been submitted to the Google Play store.

If you test your app by installing the APK file on a device, then the test installation is added to the native app installs count for Android.
