By cancelling your app plan, your app's content will be blocked for any new and existing users.
To cancel your purchased app plan:
  1. Click here.

  2. In the What seems to be the issue? section, enter I wish to cancel my Swiftic subscription

  3. Enter your Name.

  4. Enter your Email address.

  5. Enter your App name

  6. Select Ask A question.

  7. Select Billing from the Category drop-down list.
  8. Select Cancellation from the Subcategory drop-down list.
  9. Select the option that best describes your reason for cancelling.
  10.   Enter a message describing your request.

  11. Click Send Ticket
    Once we have received this information, we will review your request and a support specialist will be in touch with you. Our policies require to confirm cancellation procedures that will affect your app’s content, visibility and users.
