Send Rich Push Notifications

You can use our push notifications service to send useful messages to your app users.

Why use this feature?

Sending push notifications can be a great way to notify your users of upcoming events, news, promotions, and limited sales. You can also schedule your push notifications in advance to be sent out to your users at a later time.

Note: Use this feature carefully to avoid overwhelming your users. Users receive push notifications even if your app is not currently open on their device. For some targeted tips for sending push notifications to your customers, click here.

To edit or delete a scheduled Push Notification:

  1. Click the View Scheduled Notifications tab.

  2. To edit a push notification, click Edit next to the notification you wish to change. Edit the push notification and click Save.

  3. To delete a push notification, hover over the notification you wish to delete and click  that appears. Then click Delete to confirm.

Note: Push notifications appear differently on iPhone and Android devices. As per Apple's design, on iPhone devices, the rich content only appears once a user opens the message and the app opens.
