Before you open a submission request:

1. Purchase a Swiftic App Plan.
2. Create Developer Accounts (Apple App Store & Google Play).
3. Pay Registration Fees (to the app stores).
4. Open a Google Play Merchant Account and Create an Apple Paid Applications Contract (if you want a paid app).
