How Long It Takes for Your App to be Submitted to the Store via Swiftic

Our Submission Team will submit your app to the marketplaces as follows:

  • Google Play: within 3 business days of receiving your Submission Request.

  • Apple: within 5 business days of receiving your Submission Request .
Note: Apple requires an internal review that takes up to an additional 10 business days. You will receive an email (to the address you provided when creating your developer account) from the Apple review team with your app’s approval status.

Once the submission process is completed, Swiftic will notify you via email.

You can track your app's status from the app's Dashboard. The following statuses are available:

  • In Review: Your app is in the process of being reviewed by our Submission Services team.

  • In Marketplace Review – Your app has been submitted to the marketplace of your choice and is currently being reviewed by that marketplace (Apple App Store).

  • Approved by Store: Congrats! Your app is live and available for download on the marketplace you selected.

  • Declined: This can be due to the following reasons:
    • Our Submission Team declined your request because the log-in information you provided in your Submission Form was invalid.

    • Our Submission Team declined your request because the developer account you opened at Apple or Google is pending payment.

    • Your app was rejected by the app store itself and requires some adjustments from your end. If this is the case, have a look at our App Gallery to get some great ideas that will help you fine-tune your app and meet the app store approval requirements.
