Add the Twitter feature to enable your users to follow your real-time tweets.

Why add this feature?

  • Engage users on the go.

  • Foster dialog with your users—and among your users—by boosting your Twitter presence.

To add the Twitter feature to your app:

  1. Sign in to your Swiftic account.

  2. Click Edit App.

  3. In the App Features tab, click + .

  4. In the All Features category tab, select the Twitter feature.

  5. Enter a Feature name, or leave it as is.

  6. Select a Type:
    • User: Enter your Twitter username in the following format @myusername.
Note: The user account you add must have at least one posted tweet.

    • Search: Enter your Search query. A combination of relevant tweets and people are displayed.

    • List: Enter a list to display a stream of tweets from the users on that list.

Note: If your Twitter URL is https://twitter.com/myband/list, enter myband for your Twitter username and list for your List name.

  7. Click + Add Another Tab to add an additional Twitter Account.
Note: Only enter a Tab name if you include more than one Twitter account to enable users to navigate between the accounts.

  8. Define your Twitter feature background:

    a) Click (+) in the Background section.

    b) Click (+) and browse to the compatible images for smartphones (640px X 960px) and tablets (2048px X 1536px) respectively, and click Open

    d) Click OK.

    e) Click OK.

  9. Select a Layout to customize the look and feel of your app.
